Ordering & Payment Questions

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can enter your discount code at checkout in the designated field. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Shipping & Delivery Questions

We currently ship to the United States. We hope to expand shipping to other countries in the future!

Standard shipping from U.S. warehouse typically takes 2-5 business days. Shipping from overseas warehouse takes 5-10 business days. Processing time is usually 1-3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
