We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days after the return is approved.
📌 Important: We do NOT accept returns for the following:
Items marked as final sale
Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories for hygiene reasons
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Returns requested outside the 7-day window
To initiate a return:
Contact us at info@chickfash.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, item details, and clear photos of any damage or defects.
Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days.
📌 Return shipping costs:
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
If returning for other reasons (e.g., size issues, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
